Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to ConvertAnyModel subscriptions provided by GRADINGMASTER LTD (company number 17438283, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX). Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ConvertAnyModel Pro, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. We will refund it, no questions asked. Once refunded, your account returns to the Free plan.

Try before you buy

Free accounts can open, view and edit models and include one free export, so you can check the quality of a conversion before subscribing.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date so you are not charged again. If a renewal has already charged you and you would like a refund, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will refund it; your account then returns to the Free plan. Otherwise Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request a refund

Email support@gradingmaster.com from the address on your account, with your order or receipt details. We usually respond within two working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Where you ask us to provide the Service immediately and acknowledge that you lose this cancellation right once you start using Pro features, that statutory right may not apply, but our 14-day money-back guarantee above still does. This policy does not affect any mandatory legal rights you have.
